1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Serena VPN application, VPN service, and website provided by GABRY GAMES SRL (“Serena VPN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Serena VPN, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Serena VPN provides a virtual private network connection for supported Apple devices. The service currently supports iPhone and iPad and may use WireGuard or OpenVPN configurations to create an encrypted VPN tunnel.
No user account or registration is required to use the service at this time.
3. Current pricing
Serena VPN is currently available without charge and does not currently include subscriptions or in-app payments. We may change the availability, features, or pricing of the service in the future. If paid functionality is introduced, applicable pricing and terms will be disclosed before any charge is made.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Serena VPN only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not use the service to:
- engage in unlawful activity or facilitate unlawful conduct;
- distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, or interfere with systems or networks;
- send abusive or unlawful spam;
- infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise Serena VPN infrastructure except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;
- use the service in a manner that exposes us, our infrastructure, or other users to legal or security risk.
5. Local laws and third-party services
VPN laws and restrictions vary by country and region. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Serena VPN is lawful where you are located and that your activity complies with the terms of websites, networks, and services you access.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Serena VPN available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific server location, speed, latency, bandwidth, compatibility, or availability at all times. Network conditions, maintenance, technical failures, third-party networks, legal restrictions, or security measures may affect the service.
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify VPN locations, protocols, features, or other parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
7. Security and privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Serena VPN is designed to minimize data collection and VPN activity logging is disabled. No security or privacy technology can eliminate every risk associated with internet use.
8. Intellectual property
Serena VPN, its software, website, branding, graphics, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GABRY GAMES SRL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Serena VPN intellectual property to you.
9. Suspension or restriction
Because Serena VPN does not currently use user accounts, account termination does not apply. However, we may technically restrict access to the service or particular infrastructure when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal obligations, or material violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Serena VPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GABRY GAMES SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or network access arising from or related to your use of Serena VPN. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to the service or Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, applicable law, or our business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of Serena VPN after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
