Open Servers and select an available server. A number distinguishes entries in the same country.
Connect and check
Tap the connection button and allow the iOS VPN configuration when asked. Check the status on the home screen.

The app explains server access before you continue. The updated Serena catalog does not require a random installation identifier, hardware serial number or advertising ID.
Settings and the server list are stored on your device. Catalog and connection services still process network information such as IP addresses. Read the full policy for the details.

Do I need an account?
No. Serena VPN does not ask you to register or sign in. The updated app uses Serena-managed servers without a device-registration step.
Which languages can I use?
The app and this website are available in English, Italian and Russian. You can change the app’s language in Settings.
Are all locations always available?
Availability depends on maintenance, hosting infrastructure and network conditions. If a connection fails, try another server or contact support.
Why does iOS ask to add a VPN configuration?
iOS needs your permission to add the VPN configuration used by Serena. After allowing it, return to the app and check the connection status.
Where can I get help?
Visit the Support page for troubleshooting and contact details. Include your iOS version and the message you see; do not send private server links or credentials.
