1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how GABRY GAMES SRL (“Serena VPN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Serena VPN application, VPN service, and the website at serenavpn.app.
Serena VPN is designed to minimize data collection. The app does not require an account or user registration, VPN activity logging is disabled, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
2. Information Serena VPN does not collect or retain
Serena VPN does not create user accounts and does not require you to provide a name, email address, phone number, username, password, or other registration information to use the VPN service.
We do not collect or retain:
- browsing history;
- DNS request logs;
- the content of your internet traffic;
- lists of websites, services, domains, or destination IP addresses you access;
- source IP address history;
- VPN connection timestamp logs;
- persistent user identifiers for profiling;
- advertising identifiers for advertising or tracking;
- analytics or behavioral telemetry generated by third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Data processed to provide the VPN connection
Like any VPN service, Serena VPN must process limited network information in real time so that a VPN tunnel can be established and traffic can be routed between your device and the internet. Depending on the protocol and active connection, this may include network addresses, routing information, protocol state, and traffic counters held in active system or process memory.
This operational processing is necessary to provide the VPN connection. Serena VPN does not use this information to build a browsing profile, and VPN logging is disabled so this information is not intentionally retained as an activity log.
4. Application analytics, advertising, and tracking
The Serena VPN app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, behavioral trackers, or telemetry services. We do not use VPN user data for advertising, marketing profiles, or cross-service tracking.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Serena VPN is currently provided without charge. The app does not currently offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other payment functionality.
6. Support communications
If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you voluntarily include in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you send. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, handle privacy inquiries, protect the service, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Website privacy
The Serena VPN website is designed as a static informational website. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or account cookies on the website. If you contact us through an email link, the information you send is handled as described in the Support Communications section above.
8. Sharing and sale of data
Serena VPN does not collect VPN activity data for advertising, profiling, analytics, marketing, or data brokerage. We do not sell VPN user data. We do not disclose VPN activity data to third parties. We do not use VPN activity data for purposes unrelated to the transient technical processing required to provide the VPN connection.
We may disclose information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as support correspondence, only where required by applicable law or valid legal process and only to the extent we actually possess responsive information. Because Serena VPN does not retain VPN activity logs as described above, we generally do not have browsing activity logs to provide.
9. Data retention
We do not intentionally retain VPN activity logs. Information you voluntarily send to us for support or privacy requests may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain appropriate business records, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal obligations, after which it may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Serena VPN service and information in our possession. No network or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children
Serena VPN does not require users to create accounts or provide age information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through registration, analytics, or advertising systems because those systems are not part of the app. If you believe a child has voluntarily sent personal information to us through a support email, contact us at privacy@serenavpn.app.
12. Apple App Store
Serena VPN may be distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may independently process information related to downloading, installing, or using the App Store under Apple’s own privacy terms. Serena VPN does not control Apple’s processing of that information.
13. Your privacy requests
Because Serena VPN does not use accounts or persistent user profiles, we may not have information that can be linked back to you. You may still contact us at privacy@serenavpn.app with questions or requests regarding information you have voluntarily provided to us.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, applicable law, or our practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
